Arnold Iniestra founded Iniestra & Associates in 2007, following years of legal and corporate experience advising an increasingly international clientele in Mexico.
Educated at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), Arnold began his legal career in Mexico City, gaining experience in private practice and within the federal government between 1994 and 2000. He later obtained a Master’s Degree in International Commercial Law from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom, as well as a Master’s Degree in Corporate Law from Anahuac University.
Based in Cancún since 2003, he has developed a practice distinguished by its international perspective and deep understanding of the Mexican legal and business environment. He advises foreign individuals, investors and businesses on complex matters in Mexico, combining local insight with the standards of service expected by an international clientele.
