I hired the Iniestra law firm to represent me on the recent sale of our villa in Akumal. I was TOTALLY IMPRESSED AND DELIGHTED by their outstanding service. Arnold Iniestra is a lawyer’s lawyer. He is highly educated, skilled and experienced and a strong advocate for his clients. He protected us from efforts by the buyers’ lawyer and accountants to take more than they were entitled to. He helped us address capital gains tax issues in a tax efficient manner. He stopped the buyers’ lawyer from saddling us with transaction costs and risks. Arnold’s staff were on top of everything and very timely in responding. They were totally honest and trustworthy. They are tough negotiators but showed good judgment in knowing when to compromise to get the sale closed. In the result we netted about $15, 000 more than we otherwise would have. Their legal bill was so modest that we chose to pay double what they charged us. I cannot say enough good about Arnold and his team of lawyers. They provide tier 1 service at very reasonable charges.
